1/ Purchase of our products and place and order

Through our website is possible to consult our products and purchase them directly online. Each product can be personalised according to your exigencies before adding it into the cart (for example you can decide the height of the heel, or if you like to have your initials impressed, and so on).

After adding your wished products into the cart, you can complete the purchase by clicking the cashier button. In this page you will be asked the information for the invoice and shipping and it will be possible to create automatically an account to have access to your personal page for future purchases.

2/ Availability of the products

The wide choice shown on 810MUST.COM indicates the real availability of each item in the different colors and sizes. Once the request has been sent, our orders department will have the right to confirm the validity of the purchase through an e-mail. In the unlikely possibility that the items you order are not available or if for any reason the order can’t be processed, our order department will immediately communicate to the customer.

How can I pay for my order?

By placing an order on 810MUST.COM the customer declares that he has seen the terms and conditions of sale, the methods of payment and the whole procedure for the purchase.

Forms of payment

–      Payment with PayPal or credit card

In order to pay in a quick and secure way, it’s important to digit your email address and the password of your Paypal account and confirm the payment. If you do not have a Paypal account you can pay using your credit card. In this case you just need to click on the option “pay with a card” which you find at the bottom of the login page and then you can select the card you like to use. You will be able then to confirm the payment. The relevant information for making the transaction will be sent to the responsible body (Paypal). These information will not be kept or registrered by the seller (810MUST.COM).

–      Payment by bank transfer

In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed after the entry on the account. The payment must be done within 7 days from the order. After this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. The reason of the payment must indicate the number of the order, the date of the order, name and surname of the customer.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, in order to receive the order as soon as possible, we invite you to send us an e-mail info@810MUST.COM together with the receipt of the order (and the data) in order to process your order as soon as possible.


Please note: for each placed order we will issue an invoice with the amount of the order itself, according to the law ex art. 14 DPR 445/00 e D.Lgs. 52/2004. For this reason we inform you that the personal data will be indicated on the invoice. 

How do you ship the orders and in how much time?

We can ship to Italy and all over the world with courier companies such as Fedex, SDA e TNT.

Delivery time

When we will materially receive your payment, your order will be shipped between 3 and 4 working days, seen all our products are handcrafted. Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday. For this reason, in case of orders placed during the weekend will be managed from Monday to follow.

The delivery of the products is at charge of the customer, according to the price available and offered by 810MUST.COM.

If you are based in ITALY the shipping will take 5 days the latest; in EUROPE  and in the rest of the world the shipping can take up to 10 working days, unless custom formalities or other impediments occur.

In every case, sandali 810MUST.COM reserves the right to postpone the shipping due to extenuating circumstances  (bank holidays, strikes, and so on).


Procedure to follow once the delivery is done

When the parcel will be delivered , please check the external conditions of it. In case you will see damages, we suggest you to open the parcel in the presence of the delivery courier (if possible), otherwise sign the receipt “on approval” (subject to checks). Take pictures and record a video once you get the parcel and while you are opening it to prove eventual damages caused by a third part.


How can I return an item?

1/ Information and conditions of withdraw

Seen that we are talking about items custom made and handcrafted just for you, the right of withdraw is only enforceable if the items themselves do not match with the order or in case the product is damaged.

The right of withdraw is only enforceable by the buyer and it will have a forfeiture after 7 days from delivery.

The purchase, in case of withdraw and return of the items, must be almost intact. When the parcel will arrive to our storage, the items will be checked in order to evaluate eventual damages or tampering.

So, Sandali 810MUST.COM recommends that you pay full attention by sending the item in its original wrapping which is considered as an essential part of the product itself and an important condition to operate the right of withdraw.

The product, which is exclusively handcrafted, will only be replaced and not refunded.

In case of wrong size, the right of withdraw is allowed with a replacement of the same product, item and colour.


2/ Procedure to operate the right of withdraw

Please, send an e-mail to info@810MUST.COM with your declaration of operating the right of withdraw, just the replacement of the product, indicating the reason and all the other requesting data:

  • Number of the order and date of the order;
  • Number of invoice or cash receipt;
  • Which of the product is object of withdraw, indicating the serial number of the item.

After this, you should only wait for our Customer Service to reply you and to authorise you to send the item back.

Once you receive this feedback, within 5 days you can ship the parcel back to:


Sandali 810MUST.COM undertakes the replacement of the product within 14 working days from the arrival of the parcel to its address.

The cost for the shipping of the items back due to wrong size is charged to the customer.

The cost for the shipping for damaged items is charged to the seller.


The products which are returned must have not been used; the sole of the sandals has to show no sign of usury at all; the sandals must be sent back in their original wrapping.
