Returns
How to Return an Item
As part of our commitment to sustainability, all return instructions are paper-free.
To ensure your return is accepted, we kindly ask that you follow the steps below:

Log in to Orders & Returns (if you have an account).

Select the order and click Return Item(s).

Choose the item(s) and provide the reason for return.

Place the item(s), along with any original boxes or cases, inside protective packaging.

Attach the Return Label and Return Note to the outside of the package, ensuring the label is clearly visible.
We recommend asking the courier to scan your package upon collection to ensure your return is fully tracked.
Whenever possible, please reuse the original shipping packaging. If this is not available, select suitable protective packaging. Items returned without proper protection—including original designer boxes or cases—may not qualify for a refund.
Return Policy
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must meet the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition
Authenticity tags on footwear must remain intact
Footwear must be returned in the original box, placed inside a protective shipping box
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of authorization
Items that do not meet these requirements or are returned outside the approved timeframe may be refused and returned to the sender.
If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly so our Customer Care team can assist you.
Refunds
Once your return is received, please allow 10–14 business days for inspection, authentication, and processing.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@810must.com.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or style, you may return your item for a refund and place a new order once the return is approved.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it meets all return eligibility requirements.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be:
Unworn and unused
In original condition and packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method following inspection.
